This application uses JavaScript popups which will not work with some Ad Blocking Software. We suggest that you either turn off your Ad Blocking Software, or add our site URL (www.perb.ca.gov) to the trusted sites on your Ad Blocking Software.

In order to file online, a valid e-mail account is required. If you have spam blocking software, be sure to add efile@perb.ca.gov to your list of approved senders. Upon creating your UPC account, a confirmation e-mail will be immediately sent to this account.

Adobe PDF Documents
The online filing website generates Adobe PDF documents for the final Unfair Practice Charge and Proof of Service forms. In order to view these documents the free Adobe Reader is required.
